my grandmother knew evelyn clare and when she was in her 80's she gave my grandmother 2 originals that she had done - she was still painting. They are flawed i.e. perspective, but they are still the same style. underneath in old type writer print she has put a little rhyme to go with the picture, i'm not sure if she wrote the rhyme or not. It was lovely to see this picture as i have found it difficult to find out about her work.
